The key to any successful implementation is getting it right from the beginning and that comes from a solid customer relationship. As such it is essential that our clients are thoroughly involved in every phase of a project ensuring clear interpretation and understanding.

  1. Specification and requirements:
    To deliver the very best solutions we must be absolutely clear on the projects requirements, and perhaps more importantly why those requirements exist. The ‘why’ gives us an insight into a clients business, its values and strategies and without this key aspect all we would generate is a list.
  2. Design:
    The design phase is usually split between graphical and technical design and it is these designs that underpin the entire project. They should seamlessly mesh giving the best possible combination of look and feel and functionality.
  3. Production and implementation:
    This is often the busiest and most intense phase of a project, where all the elements combine to form the solution. It can also be the most exciting phase as it is often the first opportunity for a client to really appreciate their solution as it starts to come alive.
  4. Evaluation:
    Our commitment doesn’t end with distribution. We are continually striving to improve our practices to ensure we provide the very best and most suitable solutions, and as such are not afraid to entertain a very open discussion with clients. In fact we believe the benefits are 2 fold in that not only do we explore the positives and negatives of a project with a clear focus on future improvement, but also strengthen our client relationship.
