Concept design and theme

Venue sourcing and consultation
Often dismissed as a menial task, the sourcing of a location suitable for the type of event you are planning takes considerable thought. It is not as simple as selecting a room capable of seating your delegates, but also considering the technicalities of projection, set-build and breakout sessions to name but a few. From cruise ships to golf clubs, local to global we have the knowledge to put your event on the map.

Set design and floor plans
Following a site survey we develop several innovative concepts for set design, and lighting to maximise impact, plus a 3D visualisation of how your event could look. Building on the original concept and theme, the set and room design helps to embrace your audience, conveys consistent message and can actively encourage participation.

Speaker support and media production
The old adage ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’ has never been so appropriate than when used in the arena of speaker support. Your audience aren’t interested in reading a bulleted version of your script; our presentation visuals are created to embrace the brand and key messages of the event, often using a combination of powerful photographic imagery, animation, video and text.

Pre/post event collateral
An event is so much more than a presentation. Working closely with your team we can develop a broad range of materials reinforcing the key themes of the event - invitations, handouts, conference web site, breakout sessions, feedback mechanisms and so on. By employing the expert services of our sister company Fuse Design we can guarantee a consistent theme and accuracy of message running through all media required for any event.

Management and on-site direction
Liaison with technical support and venue, pre-event coaching, constructive rehearsals and an experienced crew take away all of the tensions associated with event production.
